Desert Safari: Unleash Your Adventure in the Sands

I headed out for an unforgettable evening adventure in Dubai’s expansive deserts. My first stop was quite special; I got to see many camels, fed them, and learned interesting facts from our knowledgeable guide. Riding a camel is really fun! Walking around on one gives you a feel for it, although getting off can be a bit tricky. I had to lean forward and for a moment, I thought I might be thrown off. But it’s all part of the adventure and definitely worth a try!

Dunes, Thrills, and Endless Adventure

I boarded a 4WD vehicle for a thrilling 60-minute drive across the shifting red sands of Lehbab. The Desert Safari activities were exhilarating; I especially loved the dune bashing in the 4×4. It was an adrenaline-pumping experience as we zoomed over the dunes. Our guide was not only funny but also very attentive to our safety. We even stopped for a while to capture some photos, making the most of the stunning desert backdrop. It was an adventure that combined excitement with breathtaking scenery, leaving us with unforgettable memories.

As the sun set, casting golden hues over the desert, we arrived at the camp. Here, the night came alive with a feast for the senses. I indulged in an open buffet that featured a mouth-watering BBQ, delicious local dishes and a variety of local desserts. The evening was filled with captivating performances, including the traditional Tanoura and Khaliji dances. At the camp, there were many items for sale, and I bought a red scarf. The vendor styled it on my head in the Emirati way, and I absolutely loved it.

There were a lot of tourists, and many participated in the festivities. The lady dancing the belly dance was a highlight, and the fire blowing performance was truly mesmerizing. It was a night to remember, filled with culture, excitement, and the beauty of the desert.
